OUR SERVICES

Why Air Duct Cleaning Matters For Your Home

It is recommended to clean your ductwork every 3–5 years. Households with pets and certain living conditions may require more frequent cleanings. Clean air ducts improve the efficiency of your HVAC system — dust buildup and debris cause restrictions that force your furnace to work harder, shortening its lifespan.

Common issues we find: furnace blowers caked with debris, drywall dust trapped in supply ducts, restricted cold air returns, dead skin cells, pet dander, old carpet particles, and more. Even newly constructed homes often have significant drywall dust and construction debris in the ductwork.

Our customers report reduced allergy symptoms, less dust throughout their home, and a noticeably fresher-smelling living space after cleaning.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Did you know clothes dryers are the third leading cause of home appliance fires. Cleaning your homes dryer vent is essential to ensure adequate airflow and help improve your clothes dry time.

Cleaning the dryer involves vacuuming out the clothes lint trap, disconnecting the transition duct from the exhaust port and cleaning them thoroughly, and cleaning the dryer exhaust pipe leading to the exterior. Also, checking for any lint build up on the vent louvre on the exterior of the home. Your home’s clothes dryer should be cleaned every 1-2 yrs depending on the amount of dryer usage.

Clothes dryer pipes can run through drywall cavities, terminate on roofs, and run through crawl spaces, making it a difficult task for home owners to tackle without the proper equipment. Duct cleaning experts has plenty of experience cleaning commercial and residential dryer units. Let the experts clean your dryer vent and keep your family and home safe.
